BLT is good.
I also like turkey, "pizza" flavour, and spicy Italian
In fact, I just had Subway yesterday. It was a nice Italian with honey mustard sauce and lots of pickles. =)

Overall the texture, taste and flavor are worse. Maybe it's my preference. I like there are some fat content in the meat, which makes it taste good when it's chewed

That sounds like you are getting turkeys that are not very good quality meat, poorly prepared and/or poorly cooked.
Admittedly turkey can be a bit tricky to cook right. One trick is to brine it first, soak it in ice cold salt water mixed with other seasonings and maybe some cider, etc for at least 8 hours before cooking.

The only food with onions as the main ingredient which I really like are onion rings.
My main issue with onions is the texture. So many nice sloppy joes ruined by random onions thrown in, throwing you off completely as you bit into the nice soft patty, and lo, there was a random cubed crunchy onion! What diabolical maniac would do this to your nerves!
Oh, and they don’t taste THAT good. Come on, there’s no reason to put onions on pizza. Stop doing this to yourself.

NO! Don't skip the lettuce!
Add some raw garlic and fermented chilli paste.
Look up Korean bbq. Wide array of leaves in which to put the meat/ sauce/ vegetables. I am sooo sad sesame leaves aren't available in my current country.

That reminds me of a Vietnamese dish I get -- I don't recall the name, but it's grilled pork served over vermicelli, with lettuce, mint, pickled leeks, pickled carrot, pickled onion and cucumber -- you make a sort of roll with all the yummy stuff inside the lettuce and dip it into a clear sort of orange-tinged thin sauce, and eat it.

Sounds similar to bún thịt nướng. I think I've probably seen it a few times in phở restaurants or maybe at home. I don't know if all of those ingredients were together in that way when my family eats or in that site, but "grilled pork over vermicelli" definitely fits what I'd expect from bún thịt nướng.
