Agree, also there are a ton of a different kind of laksa (e.g. laksa Singapore, laksa penang, laksa sarawak, lakso, thai laksa, laksa bogor, laksa tangerang, etc)

Had some Marmite-flavoured Walkers crisps today. They were quite nice. I've been eating Twiglets for decades, and these were very similar. Maybe slightly less strong than Twiglets though, Twiglets have more of a kick to them.

I got raw oysters from a carnival cruise. They had butter & mace, and apple mignonette. So good!

The other noodles I love is Stewed noodles with mutton.I love mutton soup.It has a strong aroma and can stimulate taste buds more than beef broth

:lol: She has accused me of being a Sichuanese... or has told me that Northerners food are too dry... I tell her as a joke that Beijing food is the best... She'd then claim that Fuzhou food is the best ;) I like cold noodles too, and other noodles! I remember a dish in Shanghai with seafood? I can't recall the name of the seafood, but it was during the buffet and it had the sweet-sour taste? I can't recall the name of it. :unsure:
