It’s really good. The green ice cream has a fantastic texture and taste.

It tastes different all over the world too.

The Vancouver version had a slightly more milky texture. While the version in Taiwan had a strong mint feel and less milk.

Whenever we go to Cold Stone, my friends and relatives would order varying flavors. But for me, it’s Cookie Minster every time.

Hong Kong has ice cream?

I’ve found Haagen Das, Ben and Jerry and some Gelato places.

However, I’ve so far not been able to locate the glorious Cold Stone.

This is a good ice cream season though it’s scorching out here.

Why did you fast? Health reasons? Religious?

To get the benefits to be had from Autophagy, which is usually triggered on the cellular level after a certain period of time fasting. But it also isn't viable to never eat. It has to be done carefully. More important for me is to not be subject to Refeeding Syndrome. It is a lose lose situation where someone who is too starved, can't eat much or they'll risk death. But they'll also die if they don't get nutrition again soon enough.

You supposedly get 3 weeks on average before starvation kills, but as soon as 5 days could be enough to screw up your electrolytes and etc. enough to make any sudden and abrupt changes in calorie intake more dangerous.

I love mint. The rest are ok or trash. I like Tom’s of Maine. The toothpaste flavors taste amazing. Every one of them.

I used to eat toothpaste.

Just kidding. But I'm not. I actually ate grape toothpaste(only a bit) as a child because it tastes good.

Their Propolis & Myrrh Cinnamint is the GOAT toothpaste. Found some at a salvage store once for less than 50% regular price. Bought 10. Wish I had bought them all.

The effect of the soft minty toothpaste being spread out amongst your hard teeth Is very satisfying. And then when you rinse with water your mouth... there’s a process of cleansing and purification...

When you spit it all out in the form of the swirly water going down the drain... as you hear the sounds there’s the sense that somehow you’ve been made more pure.

If you use mouthwash after it gets even better

No.I didn't know about it an hour ago.But I'm not good at remembering names.Usually I hang out on the street and find a Ice cream shop that already looks beautiful.
