At 12 when I was watching these shows I would ask... “what’s that? Is this something Americans like?”

I know I like it!

Honey could go with, like, everything. Honey with grains, honey with apples, honey with @@RANDOMFRUITPLURAL@@ (wish that was a macro), like, maybe stick some fish in hone-never mind, don't.

I personally can’t stand ripe bananas. Way too mushy. I like em pretty green.

I like 'em ripe but hey, however you like them is fine. Oh, I read that if you separate them and wrap the stem ends in plastic wrap, they don't ripen as fast.

I really want to try what an original hamburger was like when it was created in Hamburg, Germany.

The Hamburger Rundstück seems to me the pinnacle of Hamburger cuisine.
Masses of meat, HALF a tiny bun, and some garnish you could pick off it you don't like green shit.

As to why the name was kept. It might be something to do with ham, ie the legally deniable implication there is 100% meat somewhere in the burger. Also maybe, reference to a city in Germany ... ie, Europe ... thus exotic, and implying er, good food. But ultimately it's because English retains words that people enjoy using. It's not a bad word.

I don't really have a preference, but I'd prefer honey that is sweet, but not too much.
I don't know what kind of honey that is so you go figure that out yourself.

I guess Hamburger (as in Hamburg) sounds better than the Pariser or the New Yorker or the Londoner.

I may just have had one of the most unhealthy lunch ever

For a mere 48 HKD from KFC I got a wing, a breast, rice with mushrooms and gravy, crispy chips, a sweet egg tart, and some Pepsi

The temptations of the summer combos
