No MSG yes sou sauce yes garlic more then ginger and spring onions depending on recipe.

Yeah, I've been cooking a lot of Thai recently, so I'm never short of fish sauce (which, actually, tends to be too salty for me, so I often use less than the recipe calls for) and gluten-free soy sauce.
I normally half the fish sauce and reduce the soy sauce.
