Do you use soy sauce and MSG?

Yeah, I've been cooking a lot of Thai recently, so I'm never short of fish sauce (which, actually, tends to be too salty for me, so I often use less than the recipe calls for) and gluten-free soy sauce.

I normally half the fish sauce and reduce the soy sauce.

It varies on how much is in the recipe (some of the Thai-style ones are already reduced a little, though I tend to reduce a bit more) but generally about the same.

It’s huge in Vancouver. I’m surprised it wasn’t listed as a poll category. My favorite was iced green tea with bubbles. I liked drinking it while gaming in college days.

Good times.

I like bubble tea for the balls.

Biscuits n Gravy, when done correctly, is great. Too many times, though, I’ve ordered it at a diner and been presented with some horrible cheese gravy, or, worst of all, TURKEY SAUSAGE in the gravy. It’s not that hard, people.

I’ve never been able to stomach biscuits and gravy. I guess it’s an acquired taste. If you grew up eating it, you probably enjoy it. I can’t. My husband likes it, especially when the sausage is well seasoned.

It takes soft balls to make bubble tea

By the way, if you’re looking for a good way to make some chill money, open a few bubble tea stores in Taiwan

I tried bubble tea once, and it was...strange. Like a milkshake gone horribly wrong but still tastes kind of nice. It’s where I live too, mention bubble tea and they’ll rant about how they tried flavor X from restaurant Y and it tasted so Z.

Now, have any of you tried ginger ale that isn’t Canada Dry, or Schweppes, or anything cheap like that? Also, just to be clear, ginger ale is not suppose to be liquid ginger.

This may be considered a bit heretical in some circles but...

Ginger ale is not my thing :)

I tried but could not get into it

Ehh, it’s alright. It’s like ginger chews. Surprisingly good but you need a taste for it.

Funnily enough, I do not like ginger. Just it’s products. Hmm.
