When these events happen, what matters is what happened in the moment. Were the actions justified right then.

"Victim's father said bad shit about the jews" doesn't matter.

I do think this is a bit of tit-for-tat given the reaction to the RNC for inviting a woman whose police officer son died due to a drunk driver colliding with his vehicle. I'm not certain them being Antisemitic is necessarily a problem so long as you're not talking to them about Jewish people. If they're advocating for additional protections for police or for additional accountability for police, I think having them around might be useful given their personal experiences.

why are you so obsessed with finding any excuse, no matter how irrelevant, to justify shooting someone in the back seven times? do you like guilt-free snuff or something?

I mean, if the KPPA's statement isn't a grotesque exaggeration or an outright lie, I can see why the officers would believe the shooting was justified in that moment. A perpetrator with a history of domestic violence and sexual assault resisting arrest and assaulting officers seems almost universally to warrant a shooting if other tactics fail to diffuse the situation. And they hadn't even interviewed the witnesses who were present when this occurred so they had no real idea what was happening.

I'm not sure I think it was the media that stated the family didn't want him to visit but then after that I think the father or mother said they weren't interested in him visiting. Debatable considering that African Americans tend to be convicted more often then whites, and tend to face longer prison terms then whites for the same crime.
