Generally Asian people in the South get white people status and were used to out vote black people. Even during segregation this was the case. The term boat People originated in LA in the Chinese Community.

Australia had much earlier immigration of Chinese, for the same reason as the US did: gold rushes.

Generally Racism against Asians was in the west especially in California. Where there were larger Asian migrant communities. In most places in the South, Asians were allowed to go to school and sit with whites as they were viewed as non threatening, rarely intermarried, and tended to support white people in the racial divided South.

A large number of Vietnamese did move to rural Louisiana and East Texas and this was because of similar food and climate.

Racism against Asians in the South? During segregation, Asians in the South were grouped with White people and many supported segregation, most of the anti Asian sentiment was on the West Coast and in Hawaii

I have quite certainly read a book by it's cover.
though I kinda thought it'd be similar to Australia
Behind the free market lies the iron fist of the state - the one thing I learned from The Blaatschapen, excluding how to say sheep in dutch.

The Vietnamese refugees were the first non white group allowed to migrate in mass.

Asian immigration to the Southeast wasn't very common anyway. Where they were prevalent, in the West Coast, they were grouped in with segregated communities, which is why places like San Fran had some of the harshest and wide reaching segregation laws on the book once upon a time.

If there were more immigration of that kind to the South, they would also quickly be excluded because that's just the kind of people Americans were. Did it to the Irish.

Except the Vietnamese did have a large migration to the South in particular Louisiana. A similar climate meant farmers could apply the skills they learned in Vietnam. There were also cultural connections via France. In general Catholic Vietnamese opted for Louisiana. To give you an idea of their influence, PoBoys use Banh Mi ( often called New Orleans style french bread).

Estimates are in on damages in the Twin Cities riots

Cost to repair - $500 million.

That makes it the second costliest riot in history, trailing only the Los Angeles riots in 1992 ($1.4 billion, inflation adjusted).
Venicilian: wow. Jesus hung around with everyone. boys, girls, rich, poor(mostly), sick, healthy, etc. in fact, i bet he even went up to gay people and tried to heal them so they would be straight.
The Parkus Empire: Being serious on NSG is like wearing a suit to a nude beach.
New Kereptica: Since power is changed energy over time, an increase in power would mean, in this case, an increase in energy. As energy is equivalent to mass and the density of the government is static, the volume of the government must increase.

Incorrect. We have a beautiful thing called selective enforcement which, while it can quickly become a tool of oppression in the wrong hands, can also be used so I don't have to arrest and fine some children selling lemonade on the sidewalk just because it's technically illegal. Maybe illegal in the books but you're most likely going to get charged for wasting the justice system's time if you try to do anything about it. Because you really shouldn't. Kids selling lemonade does not devalue or threaten legitimate business owners. Another example is someone having slightly to moderately expired registration on their vehicle. Victimless crime, no need for time. Or even a ticket, honestly. Just a "pssst hey don't forget to get your new tags okay? byeeeee" and that's all.

George Floyd was murdered, choked to death in the street over a period of ten minutes in broad daylight in front of witnesses and on camera, because the police believed that he might have used a counterfeit $20.

There were two autopsies. One said heart failure, the other said asphyxiation.
