If I were the church, I"d have every single one of them towed. But, that's just me.

Still doesn't matter. It's trespassing on private property. Tow 'em all.

Ware State Prison, near Waycross, Georgia, is on lockdown following unrest over night. Three prisoners and two guards were reportedly injured. Videos allegedly taken by prisoners during the unrest are circulating around the internet.

I guess locking people up in close quarters during a pandemic isn't conducive to a rehabilitative environment.

They are not supposed to have cell phones. We are going to have to search the entire prison until those with phones are found and punished.

Tow trucks clearly outrank pickups, though.

You can't tow while a person is in the vehicle. Trying to do so while they have a gun is also a problem. They also weren't parked they were driving around the parking lot.

Criminal trespass is normally a Class B misdemeanor with a fine up to $2,000 and a jail term up to 180 days. If the trespass is on agricultural land, and the trespasser is apprehended within 100 feet of the boundary of the land, the offense is a Class C misdemeanor with a fine up to $500. Agricultural land is broadly defined and includes land suitable for growing plants (for food, feed, fiber, seed, etc.) or trees or for keeping farm or ranch animals. However, under certain conditions including if one has a deadly weapon on or about one’s person the offense is a Class A misdemeanor with a fine up to $4,000 and a jail term up to one year.

It likely didn't become trespass until they were asked to leave and then only if they failed to vacate in a reasonable time. In general a parking lot with an outlet to a public road is generally considered open to the public unless there is signage denoting otherwise.

So apart from locking people up on questionable charges, law enforcement has been offering to release people from prison if and only if they agree not to protest.

Even if it doesn't constitute a violation of freedom of speech, couldn't it at least be counted as extortion? Because this whole thing reeks of legalized extortion if nothing else. If you offered REAL criminals release from prison in exchange for keeping their mouth shut I don't think there'd be any doubt it's extortion, so why does this NOT count as extortion?

How do we know this? Because the first step toward Communism is Socialism, and none of the aforementioned are even remotely Socialist in any way, shape, or form.

In all seriousness, we need a stop, or at least a restriction, on these protests. They are cesspools for coronavirus.

Large crowds of people assembled. How did coronavirus not spread? How do we know the study isn't biased?

Mostly wide spread mask usage, maybe people who felt sick stayed home? Many factors.

Unless you got your own evidence ?

Also because the police probably don’t want to lose their funding or almost paramilitary powers.
