I have to say I'm dissapointed with the turn to looting. This incident is unique in that it seems like everybody is opposed to the cops at fault, even the most right wing conservatives. Unfortunately protests for a noble cause resulted in riots.


I take the whole "riots are the only way they will hear us" argument with a grain of salt. The US has had far too many riots as it is throughout the past few decades, and they certainly don't seem to help anything.

That being said, I don't care in the slightest about the cops who actually killed the man. Focus your hatred on them and make them scared shitless.

Apparently the Mayor of Minneapolis (who looks exactly like Justin Trudeau) has asked for the State to send in the National Guard. No word yet on if that’ll actually happen, though. Mayor Jacob Frey and Gov. Tim Walz are both Democrats, in the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL).
