Of course there are also many police departments in Europe, mostly locally controlled (at municipality level even; even towns get their own police "force", mostly focusing on ticketing). The point is that those are under a stricter control by both the politicians and the judiciary.

Well, you typically call any Asian-population/commercial center "Chinatown" regardless of actual ethnicity. It's antiquated as fuck.

Anyway, North St. Paul has a lot of Moob people, I guess. But it's not really a "Chinatown" and I haven't heard of any protests there.

Shuang Hur is the market I usually go to. And it's not that far from the protests on Lake Street. So it wouldn't be impossible for protesters to be there. But I haven't heard of protests in that area.

Most of the people who run the Indian restaurants on the Curry Mile in Manchester are Bangladeshi or Pakistani.
