Well legal segregation and discrimination has already been largely ended, and the 1968 act was less significant than the 1964. But now the issue is not legal discrimination and segregation, it is societal segregation and discrimination. Which this will make worse but anyways.

Sure time did not end. But the Civil Rights Movement as it was largely did.
And yes, legal segregation and discrimination did largely end.
But societal did not.

There were whites people rioting in the 60s too.

More white and Asian people will flee to the suburbs, cities will fall into more poverty and corruption. And what will be fixed this time? There are not more low hanging fruit like housing discrimination.
