US States names and shapes: What would you change?

I never said it was a realistic map. Also I think Hawaii also falls under Pacific jurisdiction here?

I would dissolve the Union and release each state as an independent country, although some of the larger ones could do with being broken up. Actually, the duplicates (North/South Dakota, etc) should be merged as well. It would make North America a much more interesting continent.

I like the way Louisiana is in the shape of an 'L'. This makes it very easy to identify.

I would support a rearrangement so that each state resembles the first letter of its name so that it is easily identifiable on a map.

IIRC, El Amin had a similar idea when he was still allowed on, and his conclusion was that those of non-native descent still get to live here but they get no say or vote about what happens in any form of government or institution.
