I could easily live the rest of my life off of less than $10 trillion, there's no reason to keep much more than that.

I would put a direct check of $1,000 into the pockets of every head of household living in every developed country. (I would give more and to every individual, but inflation, you know..)

I would buy the "land that no one wants" on the border of Egypt and Sudan, called Bir Tawil, and build my own little city-state, complete with a small airport, a world-class university that hands out scholarships to people who reside in countries classified as developing, shops, parks and whatever infrastructure was needed to support the airport. The town might have a few tens of thousands or a few hundred thousand. I'm not sure. All buildings would be carbon neutral, and all food would be grown in hi-rise greenhouse farms. The purpose would be to serve as a gateway to Africa for the rest of the world. I've always wanted my own country.

I would lobby to bring about public financing of elections in the US, but only after destroying the oil industry. This is after having built a green-energy company that would then employ all those who lost their jobs as a result. These newer, cleaner jobs would be safer and pay better.

Jumpstart space-dependent industries like moon-mining and stuff like that. Anything we had the technology to do make this a reality would also be paid for.

Of course, I wouldn't be able to do this without other forces trying to stop me, so I'd build a private military force that could support an empire.

Funnily enough, I wouldn't buy out entire countries, because their people probably wouldn't take too kindly to having someone they never chose buy up their governments. I'd much rather build up my own in the image I want. I would, however, purchase North Korea and keep Kim Jong Un as a puppet so that people don't rebel, overhaul the power grid around green energy, Give everyone a ton of money, and then re-unify the two countries. I would also think about buying the US, and partition it into 7 or 8 different countries.

I would make Kurdistan and Scotland independent countries, while re-unifying Ireland and Northern Ireland.

As for me, I'd get an Aston Martin, get myself citizenship for Japan, Korea & China, and buy and build houses for myself all over the world, both big and small, so that whenever I traveled I will have a place to stay. I already have citizenship for the US and the EU, I don't really need many others.

The list goes on and on and on.

In the end, I might a huge chunk of it away. Life on god mode wouldn't be fulfilling.

I want to travel the world but I also want my own home to live in, so I would buy a nice big plot of land and build my own house. It won't be a big mansion, but it'll have a guest bedroom.

As for the rest of the money, it's really too big a number to comprehend. I easily have enough to never have to work again so I can dedicate my life in helping the poor and pursuing my interests. As much as I just want to dump money on everyone, eventually, the money will run out and the problems will still be there, right? So I would somehow make a nonprofit organization that has a whole bunch of different compartments. Medical research, environmental conservation, sustainable development, free education... really I have enough money to specialize in everything.
