These days the Devil is found everywhere from Southpark to your local Party City. Living in a mostly Christian culture, you can't go your whole life not hearing of Satan at least ten times. Now, I'm an atheist and I don't believe in a literal Devil or God, but I do see the devil as a symbol of unbridled evil. The devil represents the darkness inside of humanity and mankind's most primal and selfish instincts. Satan represents thousands of years of human violence and greed, and you might say we all have a little twist of cain within us.
But what if the devil was real? What if the Bible and Quran were correct and Lucifer really was an actual being? Would you dear viewer try to talk to him? If I gave you an occult ritual which you could use to summon the devil so you could ask him anything, would you do it? I personally would be very hesitant to summon the root of all evil, but I know some folks who definitely would do it. Do you believe the devil is real? Would you try to converse with him? Let me know down below.

The only people who unironically look at Satan as a symbol of "free will" are the edgelord atheists that call themselves "Satanists" to rile up fundies. You can tell they've never picked up a Bible in their life except maybe to burn it just for the sake of being edgy or otherwise they'd know that free will comes directly from God and that Satan was just an uppity punk with an ego who wanted God's power for himself.
Anyway, no. I would not summon the Devil to talk to him. That's how you get your soul snatched.

In Judaism the word "Satan" is just a word meaning "Adversary" and can be applied to any supernatural being (Demons for example) that go against or maliciously challenge God's reign and rules (For example, the differences present in The Book of Job between Judaism and Christianity). While in Islam Satan isn't actually a thing (Or at least not as powerful as Lucifer in Christianity), instead the role of The Devil goes to Iblis, theorized to be the angel Azazil (Instead of Lucifer) who lost favor with God and in turn became more of a Djinn-like being.

Yeah I'm not a LeVeyan, so I never saw the devil as a symbol of free will.

Ya there really isn’t a devil like being in judaism. Especially not one that rules it’s own domain as that’s basically blasphemy.
