Pretty much. Given how some States aren't keen on re-locking down (IE, mostly Republican States), I suspect the second wave will hit them harder, and cities across the nation that don't prepare. Having the proper precautions in place would be ideal, but let's face it: Trump and States are ill-prepared for the second wave. Of course, I suspect this will lead to people twisting his words, mainly from those that want a speedy reopening and as few restrictions as possible.

In all fairness, Sweden is significantly less densely populated than say, Belgium.

From Wikipedia & John Hopkins' COVID-19 map, Belgium has 57,792 confirmed cases. Sweden has 35,088.

Belgium has a population density of 375.52 people/km². Sweden has one of 22.97 people/km².

Belgium is over ten times as densely populated as Sweden, and has a similar population (11 million vs 10 million), yet less than double the cases.

Actually, Sweden might not be doing so well in comparison to countries with similar populations. Switzerland, Czechia, Austria, and probably more European countries I haven't yet looked at have similar populations (give or take a million), are significantly more densely populated, yet have fewer cases.
