At least a few: I'm very unlikely to end up getting vaccinated, at least early on: I'm about as confirmed immune as anybody gets (by which I mean "I'm donating plasma tomorrow") and I have no close contacts at all, so I'm very much at the bottom of the list of people that you want to get vaccinated early on.
Oh you have already had it? That's cool to help out.
Though the thought of the swab going a couple inches up my nostril creeps me out.

Antibody tests are much less unpleasant: they're a blood test (so in my case, they just checked my regular donation, but if you aren't donating, it's just like any other blood test).

I had a nasal swab and it wasn't that unpleasant. To me; maybe noses differ.
If I had a choice between a blood test (which hurts) or a nasal swab, I'd take the swab.

Don't be silly. Beliefs always trump reality. If your beliefs dictate something is X, you will ignore all contradicting evidence.

Media bias.
Before they realized what they were doing, AV media distributed the most graphic pictures they could get, of people having a swab shoved up their nose. Wincing. Rapid blinking, eye clamping. Media can't help itself, the most emotive images are best. Some people over-react to a small amount of pain, or a moderate amount of discomfort. Those people went to air the same night.
Well I don't really follow social media, because I assume that on average it is worse. Did social media promote better expectations of a nasal swab? More balanced? Better? Worse?
I didn't mind it so much (the nasal swab). Actually made me wonder why I never used an implement to pick my nose, actually, top notch business idea right there! The Snort-a-Sorter, no more snot ever.
