Nepal being in China's sphere of influence has very little bearing on their internal affairs. The consequences are economical, and to an extent geopolitical, but Nepali people are not being oppressed because the Nepali government is aligned with China.
Also, saying "you're the one trying to justify communism" isn't the epitome of moral high ground you seem to think it is, sorry about it.
