That is false. My old company was Synopsys. They are not proped up by the feds. They have billions in the bank. Enough to the point the WSJ wrote on article on them on how foollish they were. The economy tanked and they were picking up companies for less value.

Unshackled big tech would certainly become more powerful and more intrusive, combined they're worth multiple trillions of dollars, and them, along with the rest of the hugely powerful corporate America also worth multiple trillions of dollars, would certainly swing their many trillions of dollars around like an axe once the chains come off and accountability melts away. It would be the kind of thing that would make the likes of Weyland-Yutani, Umbrella, Abstergo and OCP sweat profusely.

Best case scenario for US: Trump loses and stubbornly accepts his defeat, after no doubt whining about nonexistent fraud.

What's the worse case scenario? I don't think one could be adequately defined.

Trump getting reelected is going to be a major blow to U.S. national security. If I was a business and in an urban area, I'd be investing considerably in security. BLM riots have been bad, but they'll be nothing compared to the violent rage the radical militant left will certainly express if Biden loses—even though Biden isn't really "their" man... He won't however inspire the same kind of unrest. If him and Trump ever have election debates, I suspect Biden will be very embarrassing for himself—guy speaks all over the place, at least Trump can make coherent insults as an orator.

Another term of Trump is going to unbearable for the United States. America needs healing and Trump is just not cut out for that job—if anything he's been the direct and indirect cause of many of America's issues today (although I wouldn't blame him for everything, he also inherited a mess).

Right now things are not looking good for Trump, but Americans can be weird and very unpredictable. He still has a chance of winning, especially if he somehow turns the pandemic and "civil" unrest situation around. I don't think he will, but he has a chance to, or maybe enough Americans will just meh and vote for him anyway.

I dont even think trump expected to win in 2016. And please don't say the easily debunked "he loves this country" argument because I think the piles of American bodies and portland protester with a hole in his skull reveal that Trump couldn't care less if America burned to the ground tomorrow. He isn't president to help america. Currently his desperation to claim the election is rigged proves he really REALLY does not want to lose, and criminal charges are a good reason to fight not to lose an election.
