Many of the people this thing killed probably didn't work anymore so it didn't kill 130,000 workers. I'm not downplaying how bad this situation is. I'm just saying Jerzy is probably right.

I caught a whiff of this working its way through the machine when a dude on a friend's facebook post was gung ho to open schools on the premise that it would be slightly less lethal than it might have been a month ago. I pointed out that Fauci wasn't as enamored by that stat as a passing reference and he was apparently loaded for Fauci bear. I didn't base my argument on Fauci but that didn't stop him.

Well, Dr. Fauci has a medical kind of authority and could be a reverse Jim Comey if he felt like it. That's bad for Donny. I am sure this has entered the mini minds inside the WH. The Doc could put out a telling public letter in late October. A move the needle a couple points kinda thing. Trump should be handling him with kid gloves but he hasn't the ability to be anything other than adversarial. The fools running Trump' campaign should be scared shitless of a scenario like this.
