That's the intent they've shown by creating conspiracy theories of "Russian Bots" and Collusion, calling voters racists because Democrat candidates failed to earn their votes, trying to impeach the president to avoid facing him in another election, etc.

Actually, The logo comes from the Air Force Space Command that preceded it, so you can blame any similarities on the Reagan administration. As for motive, he just wants to put his name on as many things as possible. Be it ugly skyscrapers or historical events.

I'm aware of Steve Miller. He doesn't really change the fact that a lot of the other officials are simply more crooked versions of what we would have had under any other neocon president. I guess specifically regarding Radio Free Asia, Radio Free Europe and Middle East Broadcasting, they're used to spread US influence and propaganda and cause dissent in adversaries. Can't really speak on the others since I know little about them.
