Placing children is cages isn’t a bad thing?

Much like Biden, you are hoping to mislead people by taking parts of a quote out of context and presenting them in such a way as to make it look like Trump is saying something he isn't saying. Let's take a look at Trump's actual words
https://www.politifact.com/article/2019/apr/26/context-trumps-very-fine-people-both-sides-remarks/"Those people -- all of those people – excuse me, I’ve condemned neo-Nazis. Donald Trump said there were good people on both sides of the debate to remove the statue of Robert E. Lee, and specifically said that the neo-nazis were not good people

We keep kids in "cages" in juvenile detention but I haven't heard anyone complaining about that. My elementary school was fenced in with barbed wire and we were locked in, do we need to abolish schools now too? Or just take down all the fences and locks so child abductors, school shooters, and rapists can break into schools without a hassle but it will look nicer and we won't be keeping kids in "cages?"
I hope we can get more funding to our immigration courts and ICE detention centers so that we can keep anyone suspected of being an illegal immigrant in as comfortable of conditions as possible and send them back home to their own country as quickly as possible.

"Any large gathering, whether of protesters or ralliers, is dangerous."
This sentence matters a good deal more than your response suggests. A reduced likelihood of infection at one event compared to another does not change the fact that both events present a significant public health risk and that social distancing remains the most prudent course of action. Both of these events could result in dozens of people being directly infected and then infecting other people while asymptomatic. An explosion of emergency room visits is not something we need right now as a society.

It seems that for some of them at least, they can't square their supposed morals and values with transactional support for a man who is so completely antithetical to all of them, so they opt for comforting delusion. There's no conflict if you just convince yourself that he was totally genuinely born again just in time for the Lord to make him President and restore the traditional Christian values he cares so deeply about now.
