So, sort of like an Amphicyonid?

Sort of, but also following a lot of werewolf lore- eg no tail. It definitely gets into the general idea though.

This plan is perfectly Doofenshmirtzian, I love it.

As for your hypothetical, OP:

Vampires:
Depending on the cause behind said corpse's resurrection, I can imagine there being countermeasures against it. Perhaps mummification or removal of organs post-mortem.

Werewolves: Tranquilizers rated for werewolves when it comes to loose ones, other werewolves practice common sense and board themselves up when their time comes.

Fairies:
Most possibly avoided at least and hunted down actively at worst. I can imagine some sort of iron filling sandblaster being used against them.

Dragons:
Either extinct, endangered and mostly kept to national parks/remote regions, or somewhat domesticated and used in militaries. In terms of making sure they stay in said parks/regions, well...
We invented SAMs for a reason, did we not?

Do they grow to the full 600 kg, or is conservation of mass obeyed during the transformation?

Also, regarding the fae. Does their blood use haemocyanin rather than haemoglobin? Or is it only "bulk" iron that causes problems, with dissolved iron being acceptable to their physiology?

Conservation of mass is suspended because mumble mumble- they're tailless wolves the size of a big grizzly bear, but tougher.

The fae use haemocyanin and suffer the consequent efficiency loss to their oxygen transport system. On an individual level, they tire out too quickly to be dangerous immediately, but dealing with them causes insanity or PTSD in normal people, they can cause disease, and they tend to kill of chickens and small pets in horrible ways. Small amounts of haemoglobin like might be found in limited exposure to blood is only a mild irritant though.

Mumble mumble as in inadequately understood physical proecesses, or mumble mumble as in actual magic?

So if fae and men conflict, the fae are physically inferior, but have a tremendous advantage psychologically?

Does the insanity, etc. require actual communication, or is the mere presence of the fae adequate to cause the effect?

Let's go with magic realism, where the differences between the two are insufficiently understood. Or, it might be a process we don't understand. It might be magic. We're not able to replicate it or take advantage of it, it does x, it doesn't appear to do anything else or occur anywhere else.

Pretty much, but with the caveat that if they're in a room together, they'll probably conflict.

It requires some level of interaction/communication, but that could be uncomfortable staring. Police who investigate crimes committed by fae have nightmares afterwards(the level of psychological effects usually but not always depends on the level of interaction with them).

These are really good questions by the way. I'm probably going to have to update my OP.

That'd probably be a good answer if you were writing a book, but if you want to know "what would really happen," knowing what a thing "really" is will be kind of important.

For example, your sig reveals that you're a traditional Catholic. Which means that you probably believe that properly ordained priests have the power to deal with supernatural evils on the authority of Christ Himself (I presume - I mean, why would you guys have exorcism rituals if you didn't believe that?). Which means that if there's genuine magic in your setting, and your setting reflects your beliefs, the best response to any genuinely supernatural threat will be to call a priest. Whereas if there isn't genuine magic, the priest will be less helpful.

As another example, if there is no genuine magic in the setting, dragons of the size you've specified will have to either be a) lighter than air, or b) produce huge jets of air to power their flight - meaning "power output of a literal jet". Both have significant consequences. Whereas if they fly by magic, you can paper over the issue of dragons either going up like the Hindenburg or requiring massive caloric intakes beyond anything any apex predator has ever required.

So making eye contact would be sufficient for the effects to come into play?

Either you've got a case of "genuine magic" here, or the fae evolved a really weird defensive mechanism against predation by humans. Of course, fae evolution is going to have to be odd, given that they react to both solid iron and ionized iron in solution. And they have humanoid mammalian morphology without having the standard vertebrate oxygen transport system.

These are really good questions by the way. I'm probably going to have to update my OP.

I'm glad you think so. Though there's no need to edit your OP on my account.

If these creatures would be real, you could have some co-existence with fairies and vampires. If you are clever enough you and vampires could work together. You help them, they help you.
(or if someone would be super dumb to let vampires manipulate with them, still a change to be alive)

I kind of like vampire theme. Not like Twilight-Vampires, but Vampire Masquerade Bloodline style, or "Interview with Vampire"
(or why not, just laugh about them: "What we do in shadows" (movie, haven't watch serial yet))
Dragons are cool too.

Not really interested in Werewolves topics in fiction, neither would I want them to be real.

To be honest you could quite easily coexist with the werewolves too, as they only transform from their human form into the werewolf form on a very predicable cycle; so it'd be easy enough to have some kind of containment facility where they would need to go for the duration of their werewolf phase. The vast majority of the time they'd just be normal humans. Very thick reinforced metal boxes with tiny holes at the top (which they couldn't reach if it was high enough) where air could be pumped in and out, and where food could be thrown in, would be enough to contain them for the duration I think.

Vampires - required to sign a vegetarian pact, if they break it then I'm afraid it's the ol' silver bullet for them.
Werewolves - as long as they self-quarantine during full moon, just needs a tracker on their phone so if they move, BOOM..
Fairies - inducted into the army as an elite death squad
Dragons -send them to Australia, they're used to deadly lizards of various kinds and will likely know how to deal with them
Eldest, that's what I am...Tom remembers the first raindrop and the first acorn...he knew the dark under the stars when it was fearless — before the Dark Lord came from Outside..
