given his talent at putting the worst spin possible on virtually anything that can be potentially good? nahhhhhhhh fuck him

Will I feign competence to get near enough to Trump? I want to get rid of Trump, so of course.

Good thing you don't live in the U.S.

Well, I used to play golf, so why not?

I realized yesterday after watching a news conference on COVID that Trump never matured past age 13 or 14. His mentality and his voice match that of an edgy teenager.

Wanna know the best golf club? Isshin Matoi's (and now Ryuko Matoi's) Scissor Blade

it's not a question of whether you'll let him win, though

he can't take losing, but never wants to improve his game, so he'll cheat, ignore your protests, and crown himself king again

Wait, you play golf?

... not really.

Is it hard? I think I'd want to practice a bit before going so I don't completely embarrass myself in the game. Maybe give me 3 weeks prep?

Aren't you concerned that if the Chinese authorities learn that you've been consorting with the enemy they'll arrest you?

I'm terrible at golf, but sure.

I at least know what everything is called thanks to a youthful job maintaining golf courses.

To be invited to play golf with any sitting President is a stunning honor, much less a President that I really, really like.

The problem is that I suck at golf. I know this because I have never played real golf. Before the appointed time, I would have to go out on a golf course and actually play a full round there, just so I have the slightest of understanding of how to swing.

I would have refused golf with Obama because I would want to argue with him or whatever about politics. It doesn't help that I curse the ground he walks on. Golf is supposed to be fun and sports are meant to be an unifying event. I would not want to ruin that.

Golf, probably would've done so if he were still businessman as opposed to the President.

Tennis on the other hand, that image is gonna be stuck in my memory for all eternity. >_<

This is my favorite post on here. I am in the same boat, as I have never played real golf, only mini-golf.

He'd call it a stunning honor getting cheated out of a golf win by Trump.

ANYONE that mocks Trump for bone spurs has NEVER had bone spurs. People in my family have, and they can attest the absolute suffering it causes. Furthermore, the military will not allow you in if you have braces or diabetes because of the constant maintenance and refrigeration of insulin, respectively.

Trump was given college deferment (this is a lawful act) and he only had bone spurs for a short time before (IIRC) he got surgery. Trump was 1-A the rest of his life and was simply never called. My grandfather, who would have had to serve in Vietnam, was never conscripted either, because he was never called.

All of you are lucky to have never had bone spurs. My grandmother's spurs were so bad that she could barely walk.
