I am aware. They are pretty evil and I believe a semi-plausibly conspiracy theory that their Burcharest office is a base for human trafficking.

However, I just think it's funny that on a financial analysis software, they are described as a generic IT company.

Haha...no this is actually a pretty common thing for large businesses whose operations include things like pornography, strip clubs, sex toys, etc. Investors and bankers don't really want the bad publicity that comes from dealing with these companies, so these companies usually present a clean-cut image to the public, and everything is referenced in euphemism.

For example, one of the first deals I worked on was the sale of a dildo manufacturer. We never referred to it as a dildo manufacturer, and never even used the word "sex" in official communications/documents. The whole time the company was referred to as a "consumer goods company that manufactures intimacy products".

Given that their entire business model is based upon leeching content of others I doubt it.

That being said, Romania can be a pretty scary place and the people who run the show and their government are absolutly rotten. It's bad even for balkan standards.

Eastern Europe on the whole is a prime sex trafficking area. Every time there is a destabilizing conflict (Yugoslav Wars, Donbass, etc.), there tends to be a massive increase in missing children, many of whom end up trafficking to the Middle East, Asia, or the United States. It's very sad.
