The effect of male height on male outcomes is fairly well documented, I think — but ultimately, it's not something that affects political power. It's probably just correlation. People who "obtain power" tend to be more ambitious, height might correlate with ambition, or ruthlessness, or whatever. Who knows.
I could look it up but lazy.
