Once again, yes I didn't read the article. Frankly I think the headline is pretty flawed then if it refers to black people living in England as "black africans" and white people as "white britons."

A guy from Britain showing up is not the same as a deadly plague. You can see an invading army but a disease is invisible, and the disease doesn't care what race you are. If it can kill you, it probably will.
