No, it’s what I said. You did say, however, that you should be able to go to the store or gym whenever you want, and nobody should be able to prevent you. The thing is, though, that even during normal times, not everyone gets to just go to the gym or mall whenever they want. During normal times, most people work and have to pick a time that works best. And if you’re in school, you don’t get to go to the mall just whenever either. Public places being open by appointment will prevent people from getting crowded and sick. You have to adapt.
