why do we need team leads? Wouldn't it be easier if someone just sent a mass tg?

Is someone able to arrange a test meeting with me on zoom just so I can make sure that I am able to use it with my screen reading software and that my video is turned off?

Hey Guys we are about 2 1/2 hours away and a large storm just rolled in. If I lose power/internet. just have someone else create the zoom meeting if no one hears from me by 5 minutes after 3 pm central time.
