It's very quick to set up. It took me all of ten minutes to get it installed on my laptop (and that's on Linux, where it's usually somewhat harder to install proprietary software than it is on Windows/Mac). You don't even have to make an account if you only want to join a meeting, you just have to make one to host a meeting.
