I do love me some good quality angsty fic. It's a point of pride if I can make my readers cry when I get that Angst Train runnin'! :lol2:

I don't think I've ever gotten anybody to cry, but I have gotten a few good comments (including more than one from another writer I actually read).

I’ve written some fan fiction as well if your interested in reading it. Not sure how I’d share my recording of Poe here

Currently watching "My little pony, friendship is magic" season 1. Because youngest discovered it. Oh well, I've only seen it a couple of times due to age differences between my children...

I might do that too with some of my shorter stuff, but I doubt anybody else here plays Ace Attorney except for Astoria.

Edit: Oh, and Coryan.

I also did a recording of Annabel Lee by Poe. It’s a much shorter poem

Never read much of Poe. "The Raven" is one of my favorite literary works of all time, though.

Agreed. It's my favourite too. Isn't this thread about being the complete opposite of angsty tho?

A resident of the group home for people with disabilities down the block had a birthday today. Local police and fire department drove by with sirens and lights (scaring hell out of at least one driver) because she's a fan and all the neighbors came out with signs to sing happy birthday while observing social distancing.

A restaurant in Thailand has placed pandas at empty tables to maintain social distancing and keep customers company. I think this is very cute and clever unlike the South Carolina restaurant that used dolls like something out of Twilight Zone

So, despite living on a busy road in the middle of a city, I woke up to birdsong this morning.

My wife's sister lives in a group care facility that had a worker test positive. She called yesterday, short of breath, with a 100.7 F fever and experiencing dizziness. She has asthma and diabetes. But she's much better this morning, turned out just to be some random short-term thing.

Yesterday, my cat Pippa tried to take off running, but she couldn't get going forward so she was running in place for about a minute. Then she went "myeow-rowr!" and took off. Guess she had to get her motor running.

Nearly two years ago I started a short story and never finished it. I'm roughly 3/4 done with it now, though I'm not sure if it's going to stay within the realm of "short story." Still debating whether or not I should share it here because tbh it's not that great. Regardless, I have a bunch of lore ready for future stories.

If your looking for something fun I highly recommend the Facebook page For The Love Of Old Houses. It’s full of incredible homes from across the world. I’ve been playing a game with a friend of mine sharing houses trying to decide which one will buy

Next on my python programming (don't worry, I wrote codes in between as well), I wrote a code that gives you a random password consisting of lowercase and uppercase letters, as well as numbers. Set it to 6 characters, but can change it to any amount of characters. Spoilered below, and apologies for no indents visible (if you want to see the indents, just quote this post).
import random
import string

def Password_Generator(length):
nlength = 0
password = ""
while nlength < length:
rint = random.randint(0,2)
if rint == 0:
password += random.choice(string.ascii_lowercase)
nlength = len(password)
elif rint == 1:
password += random.choice(string.ascii_uppercase)
nlength = len(password)
elif rint == 2:
password += random.choice(string.digits)
nlength = len(password)
return password

print(Password_Generator(6))
