I've been over 130 pounds for the past week after I fixed up my diet. I've been trying to gain weight for years.

An additional benefit to the diet fix-up, heavily augmented by jogs in the woods. I have been happy and content despite having no reason for it.
I'm not yet doing everything correctly, but I just hope I'll keep moving up the ascetic ladder and not slack on it.

Cut out as much sugar in your diet as you can, and when you eat sweets, have an apple or fruit with it. You will see benefits.

We sat at a restaurant yesterday, for dinner. It was nice. We haven’t been able to do that since March. Of course, we sat on their patio, outdoors. But still, it was nice to be able to do that. It was quasi-normal.
