There have been numerous studies on other virus in the past that have shown that it can disrupt a viruses ability to enter cells by decreasing the acidity of the blood to an intolerable level. Also, early studies have indicated it works much the same against coronavirus in test tube results, and could potentially be used as a prophylactic to prevent future outbreaks. It has been shown to be a viral prophylactic for a range of viruses.

The University of Minnesota is currently running a massive study on its effectiveness, which could give results in the next few weeks, and multiple other nations are doing the same as we speak. We will have a metric ton of data to look at very soon.

It's actually pretty well known for being a particularly safe drug as it has been used for so long. Further, Hydroxychloroquine is much safer than Chloroquine. It is actually used extensively for arthritis and lupus, and is prescribed as the go to druf for it. The main concern is that it may cause complication with other medications for comorbid maladies, such as antibiotics. Further, it may not prove to be usefulnenough at suppressing nthe virus in the body. Other problems are figuring out doseage and the like. Or it might.

The big draw for this is that it is known to be safe, cheap, and simple to produce. Major suppliers and manufactures are already planning to donate 300 million tablets to the cause, and are gearing up production as we speak. A lot of people are extremely hopeful that it will work, to the point of being willing to give away nearly a billion dollars in product.

It is getting weird. I went to the supermarket. There was no toilet paper, paper towels, or soap. The canned beans were all gone. A lot of the nonperishable goods were all gone. There were only a few packages of instant mashed potatoes. It was very strange.

I expect that I won't be going back to work for several months. Two conferences which I planned to go to, both in May had their dates moved forward by several months.

Ran to Pharmacy for mom yesterday morning. 8:30am, foggy, and very few cars and no people out.

I was one of three customers at the pharmacy.

In any case, there is hope that there will be enough new White children being made to keep Europe and portions of the US majority White because so many couples are out of work and having to stay in the household with eachother. Because people are irresponsible or for whatever reason, a poorer economy is correlated with higher reproduction going on. The richer everyone is, the fewer kids people are inclined to have.

Now it might be destiny that immigration will be closed off once again because it'll no longer be true that we need more immigrants because we have a brand new wave of births coming. This virus might be a long term godsend in exchange for some short term pain. The future for White children might not yet be so easily broken as I have long feared.
