I was just thinking about this watching the Daily Social Distancing Show, the Daily Show from Trevor's couch.

Obama would have had the advantage of the pandemic team at the CDC and wouldn't think he could solve this problem by force of will...but even with a Republican administration there are people defying measures...if that black guy who dared to be president was telling them to self isolate?
