Of this I have no doubt.
I once got a letter from scammers claiming to be the Spanish State Lottery, a letter as in it had a nice Spanish stamp on it. They said I had won a share in a rather sizable prize, six figures worth of euros. There was a form on the back of the letter that would let me send them all the appropriate information to allow them to deposit the money in my account. I should have mailed back a letter saying, "Just send a cashier's check to the address you already have." I checked the Spanish lottery's web site and they had a special page up for that scam.
Whoa, flightless parrots in New Zealand! And penguins! And bats fighting with locusts on the ground!
If you like baiting scammers or seeing them suffer, I got this for you!
I am not affiliated with them in any way, and I am not advertising them; I just have a schadenfreude towards scammers.
