My sister-in-law gave us these chocolate, caramel, pecan clusters by Gertrude Hawk (more on the side of pecan than chocolate). They were absolutely delicious!

Indeed, especially during this period of uncertainty.
As a matter of fact, a friend texted me yesterday through Instagram concerning some personal issues. Everyone’s stressed and contemplative, I suppose, but I do worry. I’ve already succumbed to the stress but in the end we gotta keep moving.

I personally like Manchego and Brie cheeses, and I can get down with Muenster cheese for sandwiches. American cheese ("Singles") are only okay with grilled cheese or when they're melted on most sandwiches, otherwise I wouldn't really consider it in the same category as the others.
Parmesan is okay but it smells like vomit, and I'm not super keen on Swiss or Gouda because they just have a somewhat odd taste to me that turns me off from them.

Mozzarella cheese is the way to go.
If you’re looking for something a little more exotic, I recommend Queijo São Jorge. It’s a hard cheese from the Azores in Portugal. Slightly aromatic and piquant, but absolutely delicious.
Mice are underrated. Look at those little handsies!

Baby Swiss and Sharp Cheddar are two of my favorites for anything
