According to Wikipedia, that building is alleged to be the location of an NSA mass surveillance hub called TITANPOINTE.
Really ties the whole place together.

I thought that was 33 Thompson street in the city. The att long lines building. It was built to withstand a nuclear attack, during the cold war it literally was ground zero.
Thomas street. Place I am talking about is in New Jersey.
