I don't think non hindi speakers really even know what it's about. For all we know, the song was written about the time the singer drank too much and spent the night vomiting in the bathroom.

“Tukur tukur” by itself means nothing. “Tukur tukur dekhna“ pretty much means to stare or look at someone continuously. Like a loved one.
