Yeah but I doubt they would wanna hand them over to the ICC. usually the neoliberal john Bolton response to war crimes is deny deny deny or deflect and say "america is fighting for the good of the (insert nationality) people." Yeah john, I bet we had their best interests in mind when your people ordered a drone to fire on a school bus full of children

The military tribunal should have actually punished the criminals in uniform. Not only are these crimes against humanity vile and disgusting, but I guarantee you that if we dont hold our own accountable, people will react to us in increasingly violent ways. When people dont think a justice system actually upholds justice, they often do extrajudicial acts of violence. Our troops will he safer if we make it clear we dont tolerate criminals among our ranks

You have been sentenced by this court to life in prison without the possibility of parole"? Its not even just the times we bombed an entire neighborhood based on faulty Intel. It's the times our troops raped and murdered people in cold blood and we didnt do anything about it.
