So people are born with both good,and bad needs.
Life can turn a good person evil - In times of great difficulty and desperation,Trauma too.

no one needs power or wealth. all you need is shelter from the elements, sleep, clean water to drink, semi clean air to breathe, nutrients from food and sunlight. all the rest are addons.

That's complicated. My instinct is yes - some people are inherently evil but that makes me concerned and confused about everything because what does that mean if it's possible and not only possible but destined!? Does it mean a roll of the dice, Yin Yang or demiurge!? The first two I can wrap my mind around and comfort myself with well.. if it's a roll of the dice then there is always the possibility that after that souls death the evil contained can be switched out for not-evil(or extinguished). If it's Yin Yang and for there to be good there must be evil or for light to exist there must be dark, or for physical there must be metaphysical etc then it might not always be fair but at least you can be comforted in knowing good and light etc will always be present. But if it's a demiurge.. a ruler that causes evil. Now we have a problem.

No, people aren't born as good or evil. They're none of these at birth.
They're growing to become one of these, either good, either evil.
All that matter for children is the "education" form given by the surrounding people, 50% from their parents as models of imitation and 50% from the rest of the society.

I'll give you an example.
I know the case of a minor boy who was harassed badly during some years by some neighbors and other children for being different or of other origins (ethnicity, skin colors etc.). After years of harassment that little boy wanted to be a new Hitler when he had to become adult and to take revenge for his treatment. Fortunately the minor boy got counseling at time and some of his neighbors got in jail. That boy (still a kid) turned back to a good person and that wasn't easier but neither impossible to recover a teenager for good.
Hope you all understand this example, it's from a real case however. Violence breeds violence.

Oh, I forgot to mention those "humans" born from demonic intercourse, they're of a different category of what's good and evil.

I think that life hands us experiences, and it's up to us how we integrate the things we learned from them into our lives and personas. People who have experienced trauma, for example, have a multitude of ways they could react to it; unconsciously, or consciously. Life isn't always fair and definitely doesn't turn out how we envision it all the time. But, we have the choice. We have a choice in how we are going to respond to the things that happen to us. We can become hardened, or "evil", or we can take those experiences and turn them into something good (most of the time).

Do some people have an inborn propensity for committing negative and thoughtless acts? Yes, I think so. However, it is also the environment in which they grow up in, and how they choose to deal with those things that makes them who they are.
