Its not far-fetched to extend the planetary naming system to other new discovered planets. Which being said, another one has been named Eris. Which is also 27% bigger than Pluto.

Having the same names is important for scientific/academic community but not I suppose for general use. Other than it would be a bit difficult for me to be talking about the Belts of Parearau and you talking about the Rings around Saturn

Seems perfect for a planet that has stayed hidden in the darkness for so long, only revealing itself though the effect it has on the other celestial bodies. And Nyx had plenty of children, which will be useful since we can expect such a massive object so far out has probably amassed quite a collection of moons.
