against God gets in the way. What do you think is better, an arranged marriage where love is forced, or a marriage found through love between two people. God loves us, if we loved him we wouldn't destroy his creation. He wants us to freely love us because if we were all forced into the exact shell of a body and forced to do the exact same thing, love wouldn't be real. Love only exists in freedom.
Free will is only good up to a certain point. The fact god doesn't even magically feed the 5000 again is telling, and at day's end God's principles wouldn't matter if his entire creation was destroyed in the name of "free will." It would mean he loved the idea of free will more than he loved humanity.
Would it violate free will for god to feed the starving or make every nuclear bomb worldwide mysteriously disappear? Of course not. Unfortunately that god probably isn't real and we're alone, so we gotta watch our backs
If God made all the nukes vanish or fed all the hungry, that wouldn't address some core issues. Humans wouldn't love each other enough not to make weapons designed to kill the masses or even just share some of their surplus. We wouldn't love each other enough and would result in the exact same situation as before. He gives us free will so we
freely love each other and it is not forced to love each other. He wants us to actually care about each other, actually have each others back, not let a brother die because he is of a different race. If the problems vanished, we would never love since we'd be set for eternity. But we must love and work together to solve problems, out of love and not force.
