Because children don't like to see scantily-clad clothing in Super Bowl halftime shows. What prohibits them from seeing it? No freedom for them? Are you in favor of scantily-clad females?

I'm no child psychologist but personally I think the glorification of sports with a relatively high risk of serious injury is more damaging to children than "scantily-clad clothing," if we're talking about suing the NFL for anything at all.

Suddenly my respect for concerns over the alleged immorality of this has increased, and my respect for those dismissive of it plummetted, without even having watched the show.

Obviously not to the point of siding with such obvious glory hounds as the one described in the OP, but to the point of being mildly alarmed all the same.
