I would hold it hypocritical to have casual sex while also being opposed to a social norm of a hookup culture. But basically my argument is that a hookup culture can't coexist forever with a culture of committed monogamy, and that if you strongly support a culture of committed monogamy, then you're justified in opposing casual sex because it contributes to a hookup culture.
