I mean, seriously, the math is on the side of Medicare-For-All. I think it's natural for people to see the initial price tag and piss their pants a little bit, lord knows I did at first. But when it comes down to brass tacks, if we're speaking from a purely monetary perspective, even Medicare for All is preferable to our current bloated system.

Even if Trump wins re-election, the House is strongly favored to remain under Democratic control.
