Buttigieg isn't high on my preferred candidates list. He has virtually no black support which doesn't matter much in states like Iowa but will matter in the South and larger states like California, Texas, and New York.

He's just sketchy as fuck, that's my major gripe with him. His statements regarding his time at McKinsey reek of backtracking and deflecting. Just another opportunist who has never won more than 10,000 votes in an election.

I would love it if he ran for a house district in Indiana or something and stays there or pivots up to the Senate afterward.

That might be OK actually, I can't tell without knowing the total numbers in that precinct.

Total numbers determine the quota per delegate, you subtract the quota from the total until there is less than one quota left. THEN for the last delegate you award to the candidate with the most (but less than 1 quota). OR if two candidates have the same number, toss a coin.

If the coin toss had gone the other way, it would be 5/3 which doesn't match the figures any better than 4/4 does.
