No. They're idiotic, shallow garbage.

Get Bloomberg on his racist scapegoating of minorities for the 2008 financial crash, his support for stop-and-frisk, etc... but don't resort to shallow cheap shots. Tell the people who make them to step aside and make way for people who know what REALLY matters.

EDIT: If you really have a problem with his height, you're implying you'd be okay with a taller person trying to "buy the election." If you don't, you're dishonest. That might be good enough for the Internet, but it is NOT good enough for an election to the highest office in the land.

You can do both

If you're under fire in the no-man's land of WW1, you start digging a foxhole even if the ideal time would be when you *aren't* being bombarded, because once you wait for it to be 'time', other situations will need your attention, assuming you survive that long. Bullshit. "Doing both" legitimizes either shallowness or dishonesty. Either is unacceptable.

Stick to VALID criticisms, and ONLY to valid criticisms.

I think the idea is that they're trying to prevent it from coming down to that choice in the first place by stopping Bloomberg during the primaries.

That said, resorting to shallow cheap shots does not justify it. Better to lose with honour than win with shame.

New Poll in Nevada shows Sanders leading. Finally, we have a poll from the State. The breakdown:

Sanders 25%
Biden 18%
Warren 13%
Steyer 11%
Buttigieg 10%
Klobuchar 10%
Undecided 8%

5% went to Yang. I do believe Sanders will win the State though it's tough to say: we don't have many polls from the State so it'll be difficult to figure out. This debate will also be important. The thing is, only five have qualified: Sanders, Buttigieg, Klobuchar, Biden, and Warren. Steyer still needs four polls (three if this one counts) while Bloomberg only needs one. I think we're only going to see 5-6, with Steyer not making it. That should hurt his standing in the State.

Conducted in the last four days and no Butti-bump up to front runner for Buttigieg. Interesting.

I agree. I think Sanders has got this one with a paltry 25%. He really needs to separate from the field though. I hope the Yangsters will understand he's withdrawn and choose to vote for another candidate.

Ohh, I see what you did there :p

In all honesty, Buttigieg doesn't have much of a ground game there. It wasn't until recently he and Klobuchar poured money into the State after their victories. It's an ominous sign for him so everyone, especially Biden, are going to need a great night come the debates.

Look, the issue isn't just how "ugly" it is. We should be brutally honest about a candidate's ACTUAL flaws. But drawing from the well of shallowness neglects the "honest" part.

I'm in a weird place in that Trump is definitely somewhat of a moron, a cunning moron, but a moron nonetheless. But he's also ruthless and doing a good job at clearing out the wishy washy bollocks in the US State Department. I can appreciate the candor and honesty with his foreign policy even if mistakes have been made in places. Sanders is too idealistic. Biden is clearly starting to suffer from dementia. Buttigieg is...I don't know, something doesn't sit well with me there with that one. Bloomberg is, mhm hm hm, well I'll let his totalitarian record of New York speak for itself. If you want a civil war, Bloomberg is probably the way to go - he will piss off the radical left and the entirety of the American right. I am afraid that means Trump is the best bet for now - I think the nearly inevitable future American civil war should be placed on hold for another ten to twenty years.

What makes Sanders too idealistic?

His views on the world and on what can be managed. A system like that which exists in the US? He will be the American Harold Wilson but worse. They'll try to strangle him more than they've tried to strangle Trump. Not to mention his views on the world such as human rights laws and all of that mumbo jumbo. Most of the world really only finds them useful when to use as a truncheon against the West or whomever they are in a dispute with. Everybody looks the other way when it is convenient and always will. That is the harsh truth of the matter.
