Ofc the election is in 2024, a lot of people will have changed their minds by then, so I'm still pretty confident labour will win.

It's a good second chamber for people who have political experience or those with expertise to scrutinise bills for a longer time.

I'm not convinced that's possible or even desirable given his status. We do have sexual tourism laws passed under the Blair government though, that traveling to a foreign country for the purposes of using sex slaves there means you can be arrested and charged in the UK upon return (Even if you have already served a prison sentence for this in the country in question). I would support him being arrested under those laws.
It's possible provided he isn't inside the royal palace or in the presence of the queen to arrest and charge him.

If he hides in the palace as a result, well.

Those questions are precisely why If that eventually happens I think the proposed "Just ignore the rules, send in troops, force him out and make some vague cromwellian ritual out of it in order to emphasize you're alluding to parliament being the captain now" is the only way the monarchy survives.

If she shelters him and we don't resort to brute force, and instead allow a debate to emerge, the monarchy is done for.
