Yeah it was just before Tories trounced Labour.

Don't worry though her majesties army will force you back to work soon enough.

The fact they were giving boxes of what appeared to be alcohol away for free would immediately ring alarm bells for me.

I mean yeah at a function etc, but on the street from people I didn't know? Nah. My first question to them would be "what's wrong with it?", rather like my attitude when students are giving out free sweets is "what do you want?"

Scotland bans companies based in tax havens from accessing coronavirus bailout money

Well, it's a step in the right direction, but I don't see Westminster doing the same. Since The Party is kind of propped up by tax haven donors.

Why? It's government policy that both makes them put assets in tax havens and require help rn.

I wonder if the op-ed author whose only credentials appear to be a facebook group or Celt will even care that Austerity was a European-wide project adopted by most of the Western European nations (and enforced upon others by the EU), not just a UK Conservative project.

And yet the Austerity in the UK is far worse than most EU countries.
It wasn't an EU policy for the Tory Party since 2010 to cut back public funding.
