It's a "the enemy of the enemy is my friend" sort of thing. The CCP are scum, but for the most part it's only Chinese citizens who get killed because of their actions.
People who deliberately disobey a medical quarantine are a threat to all of us.

How do we know this? Because the first step toward Communism is Socialism, and none of the aforementioned are even remotely Socialist in any way, shape, or form.

Sure, but it is what it is, a simulation. They account for worst case scenarios, best case scenarios, and all the space in between, but it's often the former. Secondly, Coronavirus covers a broad spectrum of viruses under the same name. You have some that'll give you a nasty cough for a week and others that'll turn your respiratory system into silly putty.
Seeing as this particular coronavirus is still less fatal than SARS and seems to really hit those 75+ with the diagnosis of death, I don't imagine this will snowball into a "brutal pandemic."
If I'm wrong, well, chances are I'll be dead so meh.

A woman who travelled to France from Wuhan has been tracked down after claiming she took drugs to mask potential symptoms of a deadly virus at the airport, according to authorities.

It seems to have an R spread of 2.5 which puts it on the same level as 1918.

I hate the Chinese government with a burning passion, really, but to hear of people fleeing the quarantine zone when they clearly know that they themselves may be a threat?
Yeah, maybe those people deserve to be punished for reckless endangerment.

And she went and poisoned quite deliberately a whole restaurant in Lyon.
Permit me as a Chinese living in Sweden to illustrate the PRC'ian mentality:
"I bought these expensive tickets. I have fever. But if I don't go I lose out."
"Damn the consequences I need my expensive money wasting vacation"
"I need to show my friends how rich I am"
In short, these sort of behaviour are motivated by naught but vanity and greed.

Local media also indicate that the phrase " Escape From Wuhan" , or escape from Wuhan, has become one of the most searched keywords on the Weibo search engine.

And then everyone else thinks all Chinese people are the same, making more people hate chinese people. All because someone thought that greed came first

Common sense appears to be highly lacking as well. If I were sick and living in a city with a novel virus outbreak with a pretty high mortality rate I would stay at home rather than risk being shipped home in a box.

If someone locks down my city because of a scary new disease then I'm trying to get out of there. It's just basic self preservation. Or do you not believe in self defence?

This lady went to Lyon for a luxurious vacation... while sick, while from Wuhan. I do not see how this is defensible behaviour.

China is amoral familist due to Confucianism. Note that such amoral familism could be corrected and is corrected in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
