Keep an eye on India. The majority of the world's pharmaceuticals are manufactured there (China comes in second) so the bear will keep roaring if they have a crappy response and their manufacturing/supply chain take a noticeable hit.

India is not only smaller than China I believe, it's also more densely populated. I suspect it's going to spread very quickly there given the circumstances and the conditions people live in.
